Condition/History
These were part of POS systems for a large UK retailer. The PSUs are dated 2020 or late 2019. They've been through the hands of a computer recycler that has mistreated them slightly. Expect scratches, small dents, stickers, and slightly hard to remove side panels.
Combined Postage
Combined postage is often possible with smaller items - drop me a message, ask for an invoice with all the items in your basket or buy it at the same time and I'll sort a partial refund if I can combine.
If you try to buy multiple quantities of the same item, postage should combine automatically, but the rules powering this are a bit bodgy- if the pricing seems ridiculous it probably is - reach out and I'll sort it for you.
Combined parcels may have to go with Parcelforce rather than Royal Mail if they are too large.
Dispatch Dates
Dispatch dates are on a best effort basis; good packaging takes time. I usually dispatch well before the dispatch date, usually same or next working day for smaller items like this. Unfortunately, on occasion I have to dispatch after the dispatch date. In this case, I will inform you ASAP, issue a partial refund, upgrade the postage if you bought tracked 48, and offer to cancel the order if you want me to.
If you're in a hurry, or need dispatch to be delayed, I'm usually happy to accommodate this, but please message before buying to avoid disappointment.
Returns
TLDR: this account is run by one person who is reasonable, values feedback and wants to help, but they're only human and mess up sometimes.
If there's an issue, drop me a message ASAP with the details of the issue and your desired resolution. My goal is customer satisfaction, so my return policy is flexible to your needs, within the bounds of reasonableness. So please do actually tell me what you actually need to walk away satisfied even if you feel like asking for it would make you look unreasonable or unkind. It almost certainly will not, at least not to me.
I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot if you need it or to sort out a creative solution such as a replacement or partial refund, if you would prefer that over a conventional returns process.
If you decide to return and the item that needs returning is fragile, I will be happy to coach you through packaging it correctly. Please do ask for this if you need it - I may have to deduct from the return value if it gets badly damaged in return shipping.
If you're returning because you've changed your mind, please contact me or open a return within 14 days of the order date (the period you're legally entitled to return under the Distance Selling Regulations). If you're returning because an item is not as described, please please contact me or open a return within 30 days.
In either case, I'm not going to be silly about this - if it's over still reach out, I understand life gets in the way sometimes and starting a return isn't always the top of your agenda. I reserve the right to decline if it's egregiously over the stated limit, especially if it's a changed mind return.
Whatever happens, it's important to me that my feedback account is as honest as possible so please leave feedback that reflects the negative aspects of your experience as well as any positive ones.
