This model light house has likely been in storage for most of its life, but does have some defects:

1. one of the doors is no longer permanently attached the the structure, but is able to be snapped back in place.

2. The street lamp has come apart, I'm not sure if this was intentional, and it appears to have seen some wear. However, the parts are still intact, in case you would like to repair it.

3. We do not have the resources to test the street lamp or beacon light, but the actual electronics appear to be in good condition. 

4. I am almost certain all of the parts are intact, however, I do not know much about these models, and I hope the photos represent what this particular model includes. Feel free to let me know if you would like more photographs from different angles.
