Shipping & Delivery:  We ship items out very quickly, so please verify everything and ask all appropriate questions before placing your order!  Once an item leaves our hands, we have no control over the delivery process. If your item appears to be delayed, please be patient and give it some extra time. The shipping time estimates you may see are just estimates. Real delivery times can vary.

Regarding Freight Forwarders: We are not responsible for any delays, damages or lost items which may occur after the item has successfully been delivered to the shipping address we were given by eBay when you purchased the item. We cannot be responsible for what happens to your item once it is in the possession of a freight forwarding company.

Return Policy: Unless otherwise noted, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. For defective or misrepresented items, we provide a full refund to the buyer. For all other returns, we only refund the amount paid on the product, not the amounts paid on shipping.

Limit of Liability: The item for sale is a bicycle or a bicycle component. Riding bicycles is inherently dangerous. We are not responsible for what you choose to do with the product you buy, nor how you use the product before or after it has been assembled/built into a complete bicycle. We are not responsible for any damages, injuries or deaths resulting from your decision to partake in an inherently dangerous activity.
