Item Condition

Used Part Notice: This is a previously installed automotive component. Most items sold are USED OEM automotive parts removed from European vehicles unless otherwise stated. Used parts may show normal signs of use including:
  • Scratches or cosmetic wear
  • Dirt or residue
  • Surface corrosion or aging
  • Signs of previous installation
All used parts should be inspected and installed by a qualified technician prior to installation.

Fitment Responsibility

Parts are identified using the part number located on the component. Fitment may vary depending on:
  • Model year
  • Engine variant
  • Trim level
  • Production changes
The buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility prior to purchasing.

Photos & Multiple Inventory Items

Photos represent the type and general condition of the item being sold. We often have multiple units of the same part number available. The item received may not be the exact unit pictured but will be the same part number and similar condition. If you would like photos of the exact item that will ship, please request them before purchasing.

Returns

All returns must be approved before being sent back.
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned unused and uninstalled
  • Items must be returned in the same condition received
  • Seller identification markings must remain intact
Returns requested for reasons including ordering the wrong part, failure to confirm fitment, buyer remorse, change of mind, or no longer needing the item may be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returned items are inspected and tested upon receipt. Items returned opened, installed, used, altered, or in different condition may receive a partial refund according to marketplace policies.

Item Not As Described

We provide photos and descriptions to represent each item as accurately as possible. If further photos or information are required to determine whether the item meets your expectations, it is the buyer's responsibility to request that information before purchasing. Returned items are tested upon receipt. Items opened, installed, used, returned in incorrect packaging, or returned in different condition may be subject to applicable restocking fees.

Electronic Components

Electronic components including ECUs, modules, radios, and sensors are not sold for diagnostic or testing purposes. Many electronic components require programming prior to installation. Returned electronics are tested upon receipt before any refund is issued.

Engine & Drivetrain Parts

Engines, transmissions, and differentials must be installed by an ASE Certified Automotive Technician. Proof of professional installation may be required. When selling engines we are selling the cylinder head(s) and engine block unless otherwise stated. Wear items are not guaranteed and should always be replaced prior to installation, including but not limited to:
  • Timing belts or timing chains
  • Timing guides and tensioners
  • Gaskets and seals
  • Water pumps
  • Accessory components
  • Sensors and external ancillaries
Engines are shipped without fluids and must be properly serviced before operation.

Shipping

We ship domestically and internationally. Freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
