Royal Albert 'Golden Glory' oval serving platter
dating, approximately, from
1962 to the 1970s.
This elegant, snowy white bone china, oval serving platter is gilded with
leafy stems bearing fingered petals (perhaps royal star magnolia?) rendered in glistening, 22K gold.
The scalloped rim is edge with gold.
The bottom is labeled with a 'Royal Albert Bone China England' trademark and the 'Golden Glory' pattern name.
This Montrose style platter measures approximately

inches long and
10-1/8
inches wide.
This decades-old platter is in
EXCELLENT
condition. The colors are rich, and the details are distinct. The finish is lustrous, and the gold is glossy. There are no chips, cracks, crazing, breaks or repairs.
Please note:
there is very slight wear to the gold, and
there are some stray brushstrokes of gold on the back of the rim.
