The Steelix 125/214 Blister Promo is a specific variant of the Steelix card from the Sun & Moon: Lost Thunder expansion. While it shares the same set number as the standard rare card, this version features a unique Cosmos Holofoil pattern and was exclusively released in special retail blister packs (often paired with an Onix card) during the Unbroken Bonds era.

This card was ever used in a deck for as long as I've had them. I am the original owner of the cards. The card dose however have whitening on the back right corner from the factory cut or package.
