This ladder was gifted to me by a friend after I complained about putting up my hurricane shutters. But I opted for impact windows before the next hurricane season instead and never used the ladder after it was given to me. I did mark it as "used" because it has been stored and moved about my garage over the last year or so even though it's never been actually used.
The ladder itself is brilliant, you're able to extend it one foot at a time with ergonomic thumb release levers. Plus, it's easy to store, carry and handle, even for me. Model 770P+ is a 12.5' ladder with a 250-lb heavy duty rating and a 16.5' reach. It's made with aerospace grade aluminum alloy and has double overmolded feet for durability and traction. It's 32" x 19" x 5" when not extended.
All of the instructions are included, along with the warranty card. It will be shipped in the original shipping box shown in the photo.
Oh, and one other thing...when a handyman was at my house doing some work, he saw this ladder and remarked on what a great ladder it was. I asked if he wanted to buy it but he said he already had one.
