Used only reverse osmosis water with non scaling mineral packets for espresso machine. Only unflavored beans used in the grinder. Comes with accessories as shown in photos. There are some minor cosmetic imperfections, including a very small rust spot on the bottom left edge, and very small dent in the edge of the drip tray (hard to photograph as that only shows in lighting reflections.) Otherwise no other cosmetic imperfections. Touchscreen is flawless. Ships in original Breville packaging, then double boxed in a shipping box.
