Used only reverse osmosis water with non scaling mineral packets for espresso machine. Only unflavored beans used in the grinder. Comes with accessories as shown in photos. There are minimal minor cosmetic imperfections, including a very small rust spot on the bottom left edge as shown in photo, and 2 very small dents in the edge of the drip tray (hard to photograph as that only shows in lighting reflections. They are visible in the close up photo of the tray) Otherwise no other cosmetic imperfections and no dents and no scratches. Touchscreen is flawless. Ships in original Breville packaging, then double boxed in a shipping box.
