Most earbuds use a single dynamic driver. The Air5 Pro+ pairs a 10mm dynamic driver with an xMEMS solid-state micro speaker a semiconductor-based driver with roughly four times the response speed and a diaphragm around 95 times stiffer than a conventional one. The result is fast, low-distortion treble without the metallic edge balanced armatures can introduce.

BEFORE YOU BUY — TWO THINGS

1. LDAC and aptX Lossless are Android codecs. On an iPhone you will not get either the Air5 Pro+ falls back to AAC. It still sounds excellent, but you would be paying for capability iOS cannot reach.

2. This pair is built for sound quality, not endurance. Battery is the trade. Full figures below please read them before you buy, not after.

Battery — the Honest Figures

SoundPEATS rate these at 6 hours on a single charge in normal mode (SBC/AAC), 4 hours on LDAC and 3.5 hours with ANC running. About 30 hours total with the case, which recharges the earbuds around four times. A 10-minute charge gives roughly 2 hours.

Independent testing lands at or slightly under those numbers: Scarbir measured 3.5–6 hours depending on codec and ANC, with under 4 hours on AAC with ANC on and around 3 hours on LDAC. Treat 6 hours as the quiet-listening best case.

Be clear on the trade. This is the shortest single-charge battery in our range, and it buys you the driver technology. If endurance matters more than treble detail, our Air5 Pro gives 7.5 hours per charge for less money, and the C30 gives 10. We would rather point you there than have these come back.

Covered by SoundPEATS’ 1-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from your delivery date. We are an SoundPEATS reseller genuine stock, not grey-market imports. We handle the claim for you through LynkNano USA, so you never have to contact the manufacturer yourself.

Not covered: accidental damage, water damage beyond the IPX5 rating, lost earbuds, or normal battery wear over time.

Please Note

Turning LDAC on disables gaming mode and the Adaptive EQ. The app makes you choose. You can switch back and forth any time, but you cannot have all three at once.
LDAC and aptX Lossless are Android codecs. On an iPhone the Air5 Pro+ falls back to AAC. The ANC and the drivers are unaffected.
aptX Lossless also requires a phone with Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound. Having a Snapdragon processor is not enough the phone maker has to license it, and most do not say either way.
Single-charge battery is short. 6 hours is the quiet, ANC-off, standard-codec figure. Expect three to four hours on LDAC or with ANC running.
The 55dB figure is SoundPEATS’ measured peak attenuation, not a level held across all frequencies. Real-world quiet depends on a proper seal, three tip sizes are included.
IPX5 covers rain, sweat and splashes on the earbuds only. Do not submerge them, and keep the charging case dry.
