This listing is for a Reed and Barton silverplated Table Crumber or Silent Butler.  I bought this on ebay in 2007 for my daughters wedding to be used as a cake server.  It worked nicely as a server piece.  The size of this piece is almost 13" at its longest point and 2 1/2" wide.  The engraving  is a rose vine with leaves and a butterfly on the front and on the back it reads "Reed and Barton" with the number 4.
