Zone Offroad designed their 5" lift kit to keep everything neatly tucked in for increased ground clearance that also allows for a set of 37" tires.

Fitment
Allows 37x12.50 on 20-22x9 wheels with 5-5." BS - Stock 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled, stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled
Compatible with gas and diesel models as well as standard and AT4 equipped models
Does not fit AT4X, ZR2 or dually models 
Fits 4WD models WITH overload springs - models without overloads use C43F
Vehicles with 2-piece rear driveshaft will require carrier bearing drop kit
