Kept as originally folded, in plastic, in climate controlled environment . That is, until just now when I removed the shirt from its protective sleeve to photograph.

Shirt id 100% cotton. It is an XL and actually looks like an XL. You know how different brands run different measurements though the same size. This actually looks true to size though 100% cotton will shrink a little.
