this is 1 panel piece (normally 1/2 of what is needed for 1 window) the width is the 44 in. and the length is the 29. so while it will fit across one window without needing another panel. it is short. so perfect for a short window, or to use as a cutting material. there is also 2 long tie backs. the color is excellent. we get our items second hand and do not know the history of this but my personal opinion is that the length might have been adjusted at one time.
