I bought this watch a couple months ago and wore it once or twice.  I find myself passing it up for other watches in my collection so I have to let it go.  The rubber strap seemed OK, but the lack of micro adjustments made it feel not so comfortable for me.  I switched it out for a leather strap which makes the watch appear alot more classy, and I will include both straps with the watch.
