I purchased this about 30 years ago at the Craft and Folk Art Museum store in Los Angeles - it was hand made by an artist but I can't remember name.  (The Craft and Folk Art museum is now called Craft Contemporary)

Good vintage condition 

It measures 1 and 1/4" wide x 1 and 1/4" tall (2" from hanger to bottom).

It is marked 925
