This is not fake intelligence. This great schoolhouse is listed as “new other” only because it was purchased in 2007 and stored in a large collection since new. It was not a display item which is why it is in perfect condition. It comes the metal spire and the flying bat which are in a plastic bag. The must be removed to package the schoolhouse.
