Lovely genuine Sylvanian Families Cosy Cottage / Country House (1990s Epoch era) in very good pre-owned condition, sold with a large bundle of furniture, accessories and 3 figures included.

This is a charming and highly collectible Sylvanian house featuring a multi-level layout with opening front and detailed interior, perfect for both display and imaginative play.

✨ A great feature of this house is the removable top floor, which flips over to become a green garden/base area, adding extra play possibilities.

Included are 3 figures – adult rabbit, adult cat and baby rabbit, along with a varied selection of furniture from different Sylvanian sets, making this a fantastic ready-to-play bundle.

A wide range of furniture and accessories are included such as beds, dining table and chairs, kitchen unit with opening oven and cupboards, storage units and more.
The sofas are padded and soft to the touch, giving them a more realistic feel compared to standard plastic pieces.

Also included are baby items such as a high chair, bottle and dummy/pacifier, along with a cot with drop-down side. The set also includes a piano with opening lid (note some discolouration).
