Testing & Returns

All remotes are tested to power on and emit IR signal.

Since we don’t have access to every device a remote pairs with to test against, pairing and full button functionality are not guaranteed.

By purchasing, you accept this risk and agree to forfeit your original shipping cost if a return is required for this reason.

⚠️ If there is any issue with your item:
PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE OPENING A RETURN
This will help us assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We accept returns for any reason for up to 60 days and cover all return shipping costs.

Thank you for your business!
