I don't know anything about this fly.  It was in an old tackle box that belonged to an Arbogast Rep many years ago. I assume it is for saltwater fishing because it was mixed with Marlin and Tuna fishing gear.

The winning bidder will pay for USPS Ground Advantage based on the package weighing 3 oz.
