Vintage Y2K Rue 21 Options Dainty Floral Dress Ruche Spaghetti Straps Large Lace

This adorable early 2000s made in the USA is fully lined and the top layer of fabric is a mesh like material with a dainty floral pattern in blue and white. It has ruche detail in the chest area and a sweet lace ribbon that goes under the chest and ties in the front. It is knee m length and has quite a bit of stretch to it. It is a junior size large and runs small. It fits the dress form, which is the size 33-25-34…it fits a tiny bit big on these measurements as you can see in the photos.

This dress is very trendy now and looks like something you would spot in an old Delia’s catalog.
