This listing includes the TV stand, and all 4 original screws plus 2 extra. Overall, the TV stand is in good shape. It does look a little preowned and rusted on the bottom, and it looks like it may have been stored outside, possibly on a patio. According to the manufacturers website, this TV stand will fit the Sony KDL-40S2010, KDL-40S2510 and KDL-40S2030. Please double check your TV prior to purchasing to ensure this will fit.
