Here is the used ecm that came from a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 Hemi 5.7 4x4.  This truck ran but barely wanted to stay running.  It was knocking very bad.  But I know this ecm worked.  Part number 5278N27D.  So make sure this is the exact ecm you need before you buy it.  This is sold as is, all sales are final.  No returns.
