1) The Lion (Certified June 1 1979)

2) The Black Rhinoceros (Oct 2 1978)

3) The Cape Buffalo (Feb 1 1979)

4) The Elephant (Feb 1 1978)

5) The Leopard (Jun 1 1978)

Each has a certificate of authenticity (CAO) on back, with a date of creation shown.

Each has marked on the bottom edge "STERLING", a Copyright symbol, the Franklin Mint Makers Mark and the Year (last 2 numbers) it was created in a square box.

Each sterling sculpture measures 7" x 7" and it is mounted on the fine Philippine Mahogany that measures 11 1/4" x 11 1/4".

I took one off the mount and it weighed 10.4 oz.-appears to be weighted. not sure.

Some minor tarnish, black pitting lines and very tiny pings - see photos for signs of distress.
