Vintage 1950s?  5" Doll Hard Plastic With Sleep Eyes, Fluffy Pink Feather Wings

Actual doll is 5.25" tall

8" tall includes dress & wings

Beautiful deep blue glass sleep eyes - painted eyelashes & lips

Hard Plastic - dark brown hair - neck, arms & legs move

Built in white shoes - flats with no straps

Wears an ivory dress with gold hearts & dots, lace trim

A tag with the number 15 is sewn onto an inside dress seam

Ivory ribbon crosses bodice, she wears a silver cuff bracelet on left arm

Her headband is 2 gold ribbons with a large gold star on top

Strapped on are large pink feather wings that have a near 8" span

It looks like she comes from about the 1950s but I do not know

I cannot find another like her on the internet

Could she be a Nancy Ann Storybook or Madame Alexander?
