All the pre-owned items that we list are cleaned, serviced and disinfected per manufacturer's guidelines and industry standards.

We recycle boxes when possible. If you prefer a new box please comment at checkout or send us a message.

All orders received by noon Central Time are usually shipped same day. If your order arrives damaged by the carrier we will work with you to resolve the issue. You should document with photographs and contact us as soon possible. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for 30 days. Return the original item appropriately packed and upon receipt you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Buyer pays return shipping.

We currently only ship to the continental United States.
