Husqvarna Norden 901 Skid plate - TOURING Version - Weight: 3.6Kg - this TOURING model has been developed to protect the engine block and the tank from heavy impacts. Made from 8mm thick HDPE (High Density Polyethylen) plastic, the bash plate uses a specific fixation system at the rear, directly on the side cases for a good resistance and no direct fixation under the engine block. A 8mm thick foam is supplied to stick between the plate and the tank and save it from friction. The stickerkit is supplied but not stuck on the skid plate. A mud guard is included in the package and will allow to let a maximum of debris out of the skid plate without impacting the cooling. Advantages compared to alloy ? Lighter, quieter, plastic does not create vibrations and doesn't stay deformed after an impact for an easy maintenance. NOTE: This model is COMPATIBLE with the KTM / Husqvarna OEM centre stand and is dedicated to soft rides (road, soft paths). If you go on harder tracks with logs or rocks crossing, you will prefer the HARD version which is available in the « Adventure skid plates » category. Before ordering, visit the characteristic tab and make sure that your equipment (crash bars and/or centre stand) is compatible with our skid plate. All screws and bolts are included in the package.

Shipping

We ship all items the same day if possible via USPS priority mail or Fed-Ex. Most items will arrive in 2-3 business days domestically and 5-10 business days internationally. Deliveries to some countries may take longer due to customs delays, over which we have no control.

We DO combine shipping. If you purchase multiple items we will combine shipping where possible and refund a portion of shipping costs via Paypal once payment has been made. Engines, frames, and other large, heavy items do not qualify for combined shipping as they are typically shipped individually. Oversized items may limit shipping options to certain countries.
