- We offer a Royal Mail 48 service as standard across all of our products and a Royal Mail 24 upgrade for a small fee at checkout if your item is more urgent. DPD Next Day Guaranteed is an additional option for added peace of mind. At peak times these additional services may be unavailable.
- If you're not available to receive your purchase, it will go back to your nearby Royal Mail sorting office. If the package isn't collected within 2 weeks, it'll be returned to us. To resend the item or get a refund, you'll need to cover the original postage cost.
