All items in Bruce & Birdy's shop are vintage, collectible or somehow unique. Because most vintage and collectible items are secondhand, they will often show signs of gentle use or wear. 

We describe and photograph chips, cracks or imperfections so please view all the images carefully as they are an important part of the description.

On the rare occasion an item is misrepresented or damaged during shipping because of poor packing, Bruce & Birdy's will refund your money, but will ask you either to return the item or send photos of the damage first. Please understand our need to verify damage before refunding.

All items are insured and everything sold will be carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. Birdy is a recycling enthusiast so the shop often reuses clean, sturdy boxes.

Bruce & Birdy's is a clean, nonsmoking environment, where a couple sweet old dogs sometimes wander around the store.
