We provide Free and fast shipping within the UK. Orders will be sent out
by Royal mail 24HR Tracked. All Orders will be dispatched within 1 Working Day
from MONDAY TO FRIDAY OR POSSIBLY SAME DAY IF PURCHASED BEFORE 3 PM. Please
note any postal delays by Royal Mail are beyond our control, in that case Buyer
needs to wait for 10 working days before we issue a refund OR rearrange a

RETURN &
REFUND POLICY
We provide 30 Days Return Policy.
Changed Mind or Any unwanted items must be returned in the same
condition as received, any damages will conclude us not being able to provide
you with a refund. If you have any issues, please contact us via ebay Messages and we
will be happy to help and solve the issue. Please wipe all data; including
any accounts, passwords, pins, Google accounts and Apple/ iClouds. We will be
unable to process your return if we receive a device with the above. All
Products serial Numbers are recorded. Scammers, please stay away from buying
our products or manipulating the returns process, all fraudulent behaviour will
be reported to eBay, the police and action fraud. We
will also notify our suppliers who will contact AUTHORITIES to get the phone
blocked and blacklisted. Online fraud is taken very seriously
WARRANTY
After 30 days you will only be
covered under our 12 months return to base warranty for manufacturing defects
only. Accidental and water damage are not covered. Battery related issues that
occur are only covered for 3 months of the warranty period.
