He's been gone a long time, and this watch has been sitting unworn in my collection for years.

At 8 inches, my wrist is just a bit too big for it now (classic smaller vintage sizing ~34mm case), and as I'm getting older, it's time to start lightening the load of stuff I've held onto for decades.

This one's been professionally overhauled/serviced (recent full service, so it runs smoothly and reliably – automatic movement ticking away nicely).
