This rare Sterling Silver Private Label pocket watch is a Fattorini & Sons:

a prominent jewelry, watchmaker founded by Italian immigrant Antonio Fattorini in the early 19th century in Yorkshire, England. The family established shops in places like Harrogate (starting around 1831), Leeds, and notably Bradford in the 1850s, where it became a well-known retailer of watches, jewelry.

The markings are British sterling silver hallmarks on the inside of the pocket watch case, sterling silver (92.5% pure silver.)

Eclipse Fattorini & Sons Bradford marked dial. Key wind & Fusee movement,16 size. Currently in very good running condition with key, has not been tested for time accuracy.
