This is a vintage, New Old Stock Swiss watch from the early 1980’s

Pierre Cardin Chromachron watches are a really interesting niche -more design/art objects than traditional watches.

They’re generally not high-end horology, but they are cool vintage design objects.

Gold plated case measures 30mm wide (without crown) x 32mm lug tip to lug tip.

Movement is a Swiss ETA-ESA quartz controlled stepper motor movement. 

This is a high quality timepiece for the enthusiasts of the late XXth century design.

Watch is unworn but does show some shelf wear in the form of rubbing on the back cover.

What is New Old Stock or NOS?

My NOS watches are unworn. They come from a large job lot I purchased in Switzerland.

These watches are considered to be new though minor shelf wear or minimal traces of handling may be present on some of my NOS watches.

All of my watches are tested and new premium quality watch batteries fitted.
