Fisher Price 2002 Loving Family Sweet Sounds Victorian Mansion Dollhouse WORKS!

This is the sale of a Fisher Price 2002 Loving Family Sweet Sounds Victorian Mansion Dollhouse and one damaged Loving Family mom doll with heart.  This requires 3 C batteries (not included), you need the dolls that have the heart on their back to make the sounds work on this.  This chimes and when mom doll is placed in kitchen chair, talking, water sounds, etc.  I can not figure out how to turn off the lights once the batteries are installed?  The dollhouse is in nice shape, I believe it has all it's doors, etc.  It comes with what is included in the photos.  It can be played with without batteries/lights/sounds!  This is 4 floors of dollhouse and huge!  More than one child can play with this at the same time.  When open, it is 36 inches of dollhouse!  It does fold up for storage. The mom doll has damage to her feet-see photos.  The dollhouse may require further cleanup, there is some discoloration on the floors-see photos.  This is large and heavy for shipping so please check shipping costs so there are no surprises.  If you live in the Twin Cities, Minnesota and want to pick this up to save shipping costs, that would be great!

Electrical items work in the USA with 110 volt and will require an adaptor or converter if you do not have the same electricity.  You are responsible for buying the adaptor or converter-it will NOT be included with your items.  If an item is plugged in directly to 220 volt power-it will damage the electrical item without the converter.  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

My international handling fees include purchase of insurance, driving the package to the post office (we live rural and they will NOT pick up international packages from my home for shipment), labels, tape and boxes (if purchased).  Your shipping label/customs label will NOT show the handling fees or insurance-it only shows the USPS charges.  I will put the exact cost of the item on the customs forms-please do not ask me to change this so you don't need to pay more customs charges on this item.
