Gorgeous Victorian-era teacup, saucer, and small plate. The porcelain is a beautiful sky blue that shades into soft yellow and hand-painted with garlands of dark blue and gold flowers. Curved, fluted shape, knobbed handle, and a generous finish of gold gilt. Each piece has the green Tessau mark used from 1885-1902. The colors and craftsmanship are striking.

The plate is 7.25" in diameter, the saucer 6.25", and the cup 4" diameter at the lip. Everything is in excellent condition. There is one flake on the foot of the saucer (pic 9); other than that, there are no chips, cracks, crazing, or stains.

FAQ

Condition

I want you to love your purchase! All items are pre-owned / estate pieces that may show signs of wear or age. Each listing is described thoroughly and includes detailed photos. Please open and zoom in on the pictures, and don't hesitate to ask if you want to see more detail.

Shipping

Your order will be at the post office within 1 - 2 business days.  If you purchase multiple items, I'll refund any savings on combined shipping.

I pack everything with great care! However, despite my best bubble-wrapping efforts, an item may be damaged in transit. IF the item is insured - whether it is covered by the post office or if you've purchased extra insurance - USPS will require photos of the packaging and damage before deciding whether to refund us. I'll do my best to help process a claim, but we are at the mercy of the post office.

Pricing & Offers

Prices are based on a number of factors, including similar items, rarity, replacement cost, artistic merit, shipping effort, condition, and how much I truly want to part with it. Polite offers always considered, particularly if you are interested in purchasing more than one item. Offers via messaging will not be considered.
