Although Christian Louboutin conversion chart shows a 38 should be an 8 in US sizing, Christian Louboutin shoes generally run small and narrow, often requiring you to size up by a half or full size from your standard US size. Most styles use European (EU) sizing; a common rule is to add 31 to your US size, or size up 1 to 1.5 sizes, particularly for high-heeled or pointed-toe styles. So if you wear a US size 7 add 31 to that making your size a 38. I hope that helps:)
