Payment Policy

Instant payment is required for all Buy it Now purchases, all other purchase types will be required to pay within 2-3 days of auction close (eBay will issue an unpaid item reminder after 7 days).

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards and/or debit Cards. If using PayPal we will only ship to the Confirmed Shipping Address on your payment. We do not and will not ship to any other location even if asked.

Sales tax will be charged in the District of Columbia as well as all applicable states EXCLUDING the following: Delaware (DE), Montana (MT), New Hampshire (NH), and Oregon (OR).

Shipping Policy

All Products are shipped FREE to the Continental US with a LTL Freight Carrier, which will take approximately 2-4 business days to arrange pickup, actual delivery time will be longer. We will not ship to APO, FPO, PO Box, US Protectorates, Alaska or Hawaii. We do not offer customer pickup at any of our locations.

The Carrier is responsible for transit times, not the seller. The estimated delivery time given is by Carrier and excludes weekends, holidays, peak periods of the year and inclement weather situations.

Every now and again damage will occur during shipping - if you see severe damage to the box and can visually see the part is also damaged without opening the box, then please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Please inspect all parts before accepting delivery, if hidden damage is found refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Freight carriers work differently than UPS and if damage is not noted on the BOL then they usually not cover the damages.

Order Processing

Most products ship within 24 hours (1 business day). Some items that are being sold as refinished/refurbished may still be in process at the time of your order and could take an additional 2 business days to complete before shipping.

Once your order is complete we will email a tracking number to the address you provide during checkout. (Do not forget to check your spam folder.)

Customer Support

We want you to be happy! If you ordered the wrong part or do not need the part you ordered and are still within the 14-day time frame, simply contact us for an RMA number and we will give you an address to ship the part back to us. You can either exchange the part for the one you needed (if same cost - if higher cost buyer must pay difference) or get your money back.

There are some items that we cannot take back, which is anything that has been installed, mounted or damaged. Please look over the item closely before installing it on the vehicle or mounting a tire on it as it cannot be returned after any of those things have been done.

Warranty

Your warranty lasts for one year from the delivery date of your item. It covers functionality problems that occur with the auto part as a result of manufacturing. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation; by accidents or damage sustained after installation; by damage during shipping (a shipping claim must be filed if damage is found); or by negligence in maintaining the part after installation.

Get All Parts is not liable for any damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification of the product, shipping damage, accidents, neglect, or normal wear. Get All Parts is also not responsible for any charges for labor (unless a part was purchased with an additional labor-charge warranty), inconveniences, or any other expenses that may be related to the installation or use of our parts, regardless if purchased from us or from an independent reseller.

All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty and do not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
