For packs, due to the nature of rip'n'ship and that the pack is opened on stream and no longer a sealed product please note refunds and returns aren't accepted.

For graded cards, they have been professionally graded and certified as such, the card is deemed to be a certain quality by a professional grading company, returns and refunds based on personal opinion of card quality will not be accepted. Issues with damage to the slab the card is contained in however will be considered based on evidence.
