Product Description

This listing covers our standard terms for Pokémon TCG products and related collectibles. Photographs are for reference only; minor packaging variations may occur. For graded items, certificate numbers in photos may be hidden and may differ between units in stock.

Authenticity and Sourcing

All items are 100% authentic and supplied through authorised distributors or certified retail partners. We do not sell proxies or reseals.
Where an item is supplied unsealed by the distributor, this will be stated clearly; contents are identical to sealed stock.

Condition

Sealed products are brand new and unopened unless stated otherwise. Factory tolerances can lead to minor centring or surface variations. These are not considered damage.
On request, we can supply confirmation photos before dispatch.

Packaging Standards

Cards are packed in sleeves and rigid holders. Boxes and larger items are cushioned and double boxed where appropriate. Fragile labels are applied.

Pre-order and Stock Status

If the listing is a pre-order, the release date and dispatch window are shown near the top of the description. Dispatch takes place within the stated window after stock arrival. If dates move, we will notify you and you may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

Handling, Shipping and Delivery

Handling time is two to six business days unless stated otherwise.
 Services used include Royal Mail Tracked, eBay SpeedPAK, DHL, UPS and FedEx with full tracking.
Estimated delivery times: United Kingdom two to five working days after dispatch; international seven to seventeen days. Times may vary due to customs, peak periods or weather.
Postage quotes apply to mainland United Kingdom. For Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands please ask for a quote before purchase.
If you need delivery by a specific date, contact us before purchase so we can confirm feasibility.

Tracking and First Scan

Labels may be created before the carrier performs the first acceptance scan. Tracking usually updates within twenty four to forty eight hours after handover. During busy periods the first scan may appear later even though the parcel has been lodged with the carrier.

Returns and After-Sales

Sealed items cannot be returned once opened in order to protect product integrity.
For transit damage or items not as described, contact us within three days of delivery. We will arrange a return or replacement after inspection.
For any claim, record a short unboxing video and clear photos of the outer box, label and internal packing. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Combined Orders and Pricing

Combined postage is available. Check out as normal and we will refund any excess postage after packing, or message us for a combined offer before purchase. Stock can be reserved on request.

Communication

We reply to messages within twenty four hours on business days. Weekend or holiday replies may take up to forty eight hours. If anything changes with stock or dispatch, we will send an update through eBay Messages and offer options such as cancellation before posting.

Important Notes

Buyers sometimes see scans from our local hub before the parcel moves to the destination delivery office. This is normal.
Some official releases may be supplied without shrink-wrap by distributor policy; where applicable this will be declared and priced accordingly.
For graded cards, serial numbers may vary between units. The grade and card are as described.
