Seller that’s a very dangerous item and a potential trap for the unwary person interested in valve amplifiers because it’s something you don’t see very often - it’s an AC/DC mains circuit (from the days when you could get a DC mains supply in some places) and so one side of the mains supply is likely to be connected directly to the chassis (there is no mains transformer) - these ‘live chassis’ designs and are very seldom seen outside an insulated case (for example they are normally inside vintage radios or televisions) where the wooden case, back panel and plastic knobs prevented contact with the metal chassis). I strongly suggest you might want to put a note to the effect on the listing that it appears to be what is referred to as a ‘live chassis’ AC/DC mains design and on no account should it be connected to the mains or purchased by someone that doesn’t understand the potential danger of this arrangement. Cheers, Fergus.
