You are bidding on a pre-owned 2007 Hasbro Transformers handheld Optimus Prime electronic activity game.  Optimus Prime's upper head does not automatically fully extend.  You need to push it up by hand for full extension (see video).  I little grease or WD-40 might help.  Game turns on after battery insertion, but I don't know how to turn it off.  Not sure if game automatically turns off and a few minutes.   Game requires four AA batteries (not included).
