1. In general, your order will be shipped by UPS/ FedEx/ USPS.
If your order exceeds 150 lbs, we will ship it via truck delivery service, which need reconfirmation of your phone number and address.
If you visit our Showroom in California, you will get 50% discount for first material Pickup order within $1000.
2. We need to prepare your package in advance. So it is better to make an appointment before your visit.
3. Our working time is 10:00am- 17:00 pm ( From Monday to Friday).
