Can't tell what karat the gold colored parts on the top of the pointer are as they are too small to use an electronic tester on.

Stones appear to be Howlite died to look like blue turquoise, & possibly Lapis Lazuli.

Measures about 6 3/16" long & is about 1/2" wide at top.

Has NO repairs seen on it, but has wear on the design from the middle to the point. One blue stone piece is cracked-see last image
