In fair shape.

This was obtained from a cut and die shop that was downsizing.

I am not able to detach the tester from the base - it seems to be rusted together / i don't have the right equipment to try to detach it.  I have tried pulling it apart to no avail.

It looks like it's missing some pieces that go on the tester - see pictures for what's included and the best idea of the unit condition.
