- If order cannot be fulfilled and/or shipped to your address due to stock-out, ineligible address, or any other reason your order will be cancelled and you will be notified within 24 hours of purchase.

- Processing begins as soon as an order has been placed, therefore we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.

- We have multiple warehouses throughout the United States. The item(s) will ship to you from whichever warehouse is closest to you that has the item in stock at the time of order. Do not assume that your order will ship from our Arizona warehouse. Some orders may also have to be split up into separate shipments from different warehouses.

- Most orders will ship the same day or the following business day.

- All international orders are fulfilled through the eBay Global Shipping Program. We do not ship to PO Boxes, AFO/PFO, etc.

- If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund within 30 days.

- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide detailed pictures.

- Customers must follow eBay's return policy guidelines. There are no returns on open products, the product must be unused and in the original packaging with no damage otherwise we cannot accept your return.

- If you have made a mistake in your order it will need to be returned for a refund once it leaves our warehouse.
