My brother recently passed and these belonged to him.  He was into model railroads and I'm sure he bought all of this to create scenery but it really doesn't look like anything was used much.  It is all still in good condition.  I ran the Dremel 4000 through its paces and it seems to work perfectly.  This listing includes:
