This is a good 19th century oil painting on board by a follower of Thomas Creswick RA (1811-1869).
The painting is signed and inscribed to the reverse Ailsie Crag & Old Mill.
In its attractive original gilt frame this measures 48 cms by 37 cms by 5 cms deep overall.
