Shipment :
1. In general, your order will be shipped by UPS/ FedEx/ USPS.
If your order exceeds 150 lbs, we will ship it via truck delivery service, which need reconfirmation of your phone number and address.
Local Pick-up :
We have different warehouses in California & Georgia & Illinois in US and Support Local Pick-up.
If you visit our Showroom in California, you will get 50% discount for first material Pickup order within $1000.
Process of Local Pickup :
1. You will get your pickup number and address after payment.
2. We need to prepare your package in advance. So it is better to make an appointment before your visit.
3. Our working time is 10:00am- 17:00 pm ( From Monday to Friday).
Return Policy :
A. Returns are accepted only if the item in new condition & original package.
B. Refunds will be made as long as the goods returned. We DO NOT offer refunds for returning shipping fees.
