1. Clean the end face of the spindle and the installation surface of the chuck, remove iron filings, oil stains and burrs.
2. Align the stop of the spindle, place it steadily and ensure concentricity.
3. Tighten the bolts diagonally and alternately in several stages evenly, and prohibit unilateral tightening.
4. Rotate at low speed for 1-2 minutes to check for runout, abnormal noise and looseness.
5. Regularly lubricate the gear disk and clean the claw grooves to avoid overloading clamping.
