Here we have a wonderful 19th Century oil on board by Italian artist Felice Auguste Rezia. The antique painting features a romantic Alpine encounter. A chance meeting between a couple at Lienz, Tyrol. The painting is signed lower left and dated 1884. It is also signed verso. A fine quality period piece which would grace any wall in your home.
