Please Note we advise you Give an up to date Phone Number with your order should there be any queries or problems, if you don’t provide one it could significantly delay your delivery, Orders paid for before 9 am Monday to Friday will be despatched on next working day delivery where possible, Delivery Days are Monday to Friday ONLY & anytime between 7am to 7pm, Unfortunately this is not a timed service or booking service.
Tracking details will be emailed to your eBay registered email address on the day we dispatch your item, enter your tracking number online at DX Tracking to track your parcel, should there be a delay etc or you need help contact DX Customer services or us.
Whilst DX make every effort to ensure you get a smooth fast delivery This Can’t Be Guaranteed, DX do an excellent job and get 99.8% of our delivery’s there on time But You Need To Be Aware these sheds come in either 1, 2, 3 or 4 boxes with each box measuring approximately 190 x 75 x 15 cm and weighing anything between 42 & 85 kgs per box so Oversized and Overweight & most courier’s won’t carry them, DX are set up to deliver large parcels but they are only human and things occasionally can go wrong.
Once we dispatch your item and you have been emailed tracking details (so you know it’s coming) If you supplied a phone number you will receive SMS pre-alerts that your order is on its way.
DX will only attempt delivery three times before they Return your item back to us, if this happens there WILL be a Delivery Charge to send the item out again. If you are not going to be in and you have somewhere secure they can leave the item you can leave a note giving DX permission to leave it, the note must have your full name and address on it giving the DX driver permission to leave the item and signed by you just remember that then makes you responsible for the item. The DX Drivers are only insured to deliver to the front of your home (Kerbside/Driveway) They cannot and will not risk Damaging your property whilst delivering a product through your property etc.
We offer free delivery to the Majority of UK Mainland postcodes, BUT Some Areas (See Postcodes) Do incur an additional Delivery Surcharge & Delivery can take 3 working days, Until the Surcharge is paid your item cannot be dispatched.
Areas that require a surcharge payment before Dispatch – AB31 to AB38 – AB41 to AB56 – FK19 to FK21 – All IV Postcodes – KW1 to KW14 – PA21 to PA40 – PH8 and PH9 + PH15 to PH41 and PH49, PH50. & all Offshore Islands.

Please Note if for any reason you want to return a shed it MUST be packed back up SECURELY in the BOX or BOXES IT ARRIVED IN, Yardmaster have their boxes manufactured specifically for them they are made from a High Density thicker cardboard designed to carry there sheds and keep anyone handling them safe, Trading standards state items should be returned in the condition it arrived in and in the original packaging, We can’t accept a return (or our courier) if it isn’t in the correct box or boxes, We won’t go against health & safety rules and put our staff or others in danger of an injury.
